Software Test Engineer (LOS)
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Job Type: Contract to Hire (6 Months C2H)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (2nd Saturday Off)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Software Test Engineer with at least 3 years of experience and hands-on expertise in Loan Origination Systems (LOS). This is a 6-month Contract-to-Hire position based in Gurugram, ideal for candidates who are ready to contribute immediately in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for LOS applications
- Conduct manual and automated testing as per project requirements
- Identify, document, and report defects; track them to closure
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases
- Participate in functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
- Maintain detailed and organized test documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of software testing experience
- Must have hands-on experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
- Strong understanding of the loan process and financial workflows
- Proficient with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar test management platforms
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills (Nice to have):
- Automation testing experience (e.g., Selenium, TestNG)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
