Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Proficient in using Boolean Search techniques for effective sourcing.
  • End-to-end recruitment process management – from job posting to offer closure.
  • Special focus on Trainer Hiring (preferred experience in hiring trainers, faculty, or coaching staff).
  • Maintain candidate database and follow up on recruitment pipelines.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and understand job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure timely hiring as per the defined timelines.

Required Skills:

  • Familiarity with Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other job portals.
  • Knowledge of Boolean Search and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of various recruitment metrics and reporting.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in Trainer Hiring or related domains.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
