Role Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled React Native Developer to join our development team. You will work closely with other Frontend / Backend Engineers, Architect, Product Owner, Designers and QA team to develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications. As the key mobile resource in the team, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping and delivering a robust and user-friendly mobile experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms
- Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect mobile interfaces
- Integrate with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, Firebase services, and third-party SDKs
- Implement features such as maps, real-time updates, push notifications, and background services
- Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to ensure seamless integration
- Participate in code reviews, version control (Git), and Agile sprint ceremonies
- Handle app store deployment, updates, and maintenance
- Ensure responsiveness, performance, and security across a wide range of devices
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with React Native
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Solid understanding of React Navigation, state management (Redux, Context API, or Zustand)
- Experience working with Firebase, Google Maps SDK, and mobile location services
- Familiarity with REST API integration and mobile debugging tools
- Knowledge of the complete App Store / Play Store submission and release process
- Experience working with Git, Agile tools (e.g., JIRA), and CI/CD practices
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with native module bridging
- Understanding of mobile security practices
- Familiarity with performance monitoring tools like Sentry or Firebase Crashlytics
- Exposure to unit and integration testing for mobile apps
