QA Engineer

Experience: 5 yrs

Role Overview:

• Knowledge of AI/ML, conversational AI, and chat/voice testing experience required.
• Experience scripting and handling test data automation, especially using production datasets.
• Familiarity with chat stack and voice experience is important.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test AI agents built with Stands (AgentCore), MCP orchestration, and A2A flows.
• Automate regression, functional, load, and end-to-end testing for voice + chat.
• Validate integrations with APIs, skill bots, and tools, ensuring reliability and low latency.
• Track and verify metrics (latency, obviation %, A2A success rates).

Required Skills:

• QA experience in AI/ML or conversational platforms.
• Strong in test automation (Python/TypeScript ).
• Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Bedrock, CloudWatch).
• Exposure to MCP orchestration and A2A testing.
• Knowledge of performance and compliance testing (HIPAA/PII).
