Role Overview:

We are looking for a Project Lead with strong technical expertise in .NET and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) who is ready to step into an architecture-focused leadership role. You’ll be responsible for designing solutions, leading small to mid-sized teams, and ensuring high-quality project execution for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead software development projects using .NET (Core/Framework), Azure/AWS, and REST APIs.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cloud-native architectures.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Guide and mentor team members; conduct code reviews and ensure development best practices.
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment plans.
• Assist in sprint planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and stakeholders for smooth delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in full-stack software development with .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms – Azure or AWS (any certifications are a plus).
• Experience with SQL Server or any RDBMS; basic NoSQL exposure is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in Git, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows.
• Exposure to containerization (Docker) and microservices architecture.
• Good understanding of RESTful services, authentication mechanisms, and integration patterns.
• Ability to lead 2–5 member development teams and deliver on time.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-handling skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using JIRA, ClickUp, or Azure DevOps for project tracking.
• Exposure to frontend tech (React, Angular) is a plus.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud deployments.
