We are seeking an experienced Java Lead Developer (5+ years) to lead development teams and manage project delivery. The role requires both technical expertise in Java and leadership skills for project management activities like task allocation, tracking, and progress monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Java developers in design and development.
- Manage project activities: planning, tracking, reporting, and delivery.
- Allocate and monitor tasks, ensuring deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with business, QA, and architecture teams.
- Mentor and support team members.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate experience.
- Proven experience as a Team Lead / Project Lead.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum project management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
