Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and driven IT Recruiter to join our team! The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment with a strong understanding of IT technologies and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (portals, social media, networking, referrals).
  • Understand technical requirements and identify the right talent across multiple IT skill sets.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate experience, and support offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

Required Skills:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of IT skills/technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
