Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience in building and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should be strong in both front-end and back-end development, able to design clean architecture, write efficient code, and collaborate effectively in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain end-to-end web application features using modern full-stack technologies.
• Design and implement robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and data models.
• Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces and reusable UI components.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases including schema optimization and query tuning.
• Integrate third-party APIs, authentication services, and external platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug system bottlenecks, and ensure application reliability and security.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, technical documentation, and best-practice enforcement.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases on time.

Technical Skills Required:

Frontend

• React / Angular / Vue
• JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind / Bootstrap

Backend

• Node.js / Java / Python / .NET (any relevant backend stack)
• REST API development & integration
• Microservices architecture fundamentals

Database

• MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL Server
• MongoDB / Redis or equivalent NoSQL stores

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Containerization basics (Docker / Kubernetes)
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Experience in fintech, secure environments, or high-transaction systems
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and performance optimization
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
