Job Overview:

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the engine behind our sales pipeline. You will drive lead generation, engage potential clients, schedule meetings for the sales team, and manage CRM operations to ensure streamlined sales processes. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Outreach:
    • Proactively identify new leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, and industry events
    • Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads and achieve monthly lead generation targets
    • Regularly report progress and lead quality to the Sales Head
  2. Cold Outreach & Initial Engagement:
    • Execute personalized cold calling and email outreach to introduce our training solutions
    • Initiate impactful conversations that lead to discovery meetings or demos
    • Handle objections professionally and build reports with prospectus
  3. Appointment Setting & Coordination:
    • Schedule meetings for Sales Managers with high-intent leads
    • Ensure seamless coordination of logistics (platform, time zone, calendar invites)
    • Follow up to confirm attendance and share pre-meeting context when needed
  4. CRM Management & Reporting:
    • Keep CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) updated with lead status, communication history, and notes
    • Track follow-ups, lead source performance, and conversion stages
    • Prepare weekly dashboards and pipeline status reports
  5. Sales Support & Process Optimization:
    • Assist in documentation and coordination between sales and marketing/product teams
    • Help prepare sales decks, case studies, and custom proposals when required
    • Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements for better efficiency

What we are looking for:

  • Proven Lead Generation Experience: Demonstrated success in identifying and generating high-quality sales leads in a B2B environment, with a track record of achieving lead generation goals.
  • Sales Outreach Expertise: Strong experience in conducting cold calls, crafting tailored email campaigns, and initiating meaningful conversations with potential clients. Proven ability to secure meetings and drive engagement from cold prospects.

  • CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, track sales activities, and update pipelines. Proven ability to maintain data integrity and optimize CRM tools for team productivity.

  • Sales Process Optimization: A history of providing operational and administrative support to a sales team, including streamlining sales workflows, managing sales documentation, and supporting sales reporting.

  • Communication & Relationship Management: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proven success in engaging clients and building relationships that contribute to long-term business success.

  • Organizational Excellence: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects, with a demonstrated history of maintaining organization and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

  • Proven Problem-Solving Skills: Experience identifying challenges in the sales process and proactively implementing solutions to improve efficiency, overcome roadblocks, and drive results.

  • Collaborative Team Player: A track record of working effectively within cross-functional teams, collaborating with marketing, customer success, and other departments to ensure smooth sales execution.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive edge
  • Solid experience in cold calling and email outreach strategies
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email automation tools
  • Understanding of lead nurturing workflows and campaign optimization
