Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Analyst / Testing Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our software applications are robust, user-friendly, and meet the highest standards of quality. This position will allow you to work closely with developers, project managers, and clients in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing on web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through to resolution using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Collaborate closely with the development team to understand requirements and functionality
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with teams to prevent recurrence
- Contribute to automation efforts and recommend tools for continuous improvement
- Ensure quality benchmarks are met before any product release
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience as a QA Engineer or Test Engineer
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Hands-on experience with test management and bug tracking tools
- Familiarity with manual testing, and exposure to automation frameworks is a plus
- Knowledge of REST APIs and tools like Postman for API testing
- Experience testing enterprise web applications (knowledge of .NET or Angular is a bonus)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
