Role Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in hiring niche and specialized technical roles within an IT services or consulting environment. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where your ability to source, engage, and onboard talent quickly will directly influence our business success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. High-Speed Recruitment Execution

  • Act as the first point of contact for urgent and high-volume technical hiring requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialized technical roles across multiple IT domains.

2. Talent Pipeline Management

  • Build and maintain strong talent pools for “ready-to-deploy” staffing needs.
  • Ensure a continuous flow of pre-qualified candidates for upcoming and ongoing projects.

3. Recruitment Excellence

  • Reduce Time-to-Fill through proactive sourcing and efficient process management.
  • Improve Offer-to-Join and overall recruitment success metrics.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications with speed and accuracy.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with delivery managers, leadership, and project owners to understand role requirements.
  • Provide timely updates, insights, and recommendations on hiring progress.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Technical Talent Acquisition experience in an IT services or consulting company (mandatory).
  • Proven experience hiring niche, senior, and hard-to-find technical roles across various specialized areas.
  • Strong understanding of technical skills, project staffing dynamics, and IT services workflows.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using job portals, social platforms, communities, and advanced search techniques.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced hiring cycles with quality and precision.
  • Must be able to work onsite from our Noida office.
